I love shoes so it’s no surprise that I love finding cool shoes for my kids, too. I was pretty excited when we received our package from Wee Squeak. My daughter is shoe-obsessed and immediately wanted to try them on. When she realized they were “squeaker shoes” she flipped! She was hopping and jumping around the house like a little wild child!
Wee Squeak shoes come in a wide variety of trendy styles to choose from, ranging from sandals to tennis shoes and boots. They have adorable shoes for both boys and girls in sizes 3-12. Wee Squeak shoes squeak when your child walks heel to toe and helps to encourage proper heel-to-toe strides. They also work as a great way to keep track of your busy toddler when out in public. Everyone can’t help but smile our way when we’re out; people are fascinated with these shoes and think they’re the cutest things ever. We’ve never gotten so much attention while out before, and my daughter definitely loves everyone smiling and talking to her about her Squeaker shoes! I will admit, the squeaking does get to be a little annoying after a while…but they make her SO HAPPY and are so cute, I deal with it. You can also remove the squeakers and replace them with silencers very easily, which is nice, especially for those times when squeaker shoes may not be appropriate (church, library, weddings).
Wee Squeak shoes are not only super duper adorable, they are also comfortable! They have a wide toe area, providing a better fit and are very well made. The soles are flexible and provide a nice, comfortable fit. My daughter doesn’t hold back if her shoes hurt her feet in any way, and she hasn’t complained once about these shoes.
It was VERY hard to choose just one pair for my girls because we loved all of them! These shoes are SUPER cute. We chose the Clip Black Mary Jane style because I thought we could get a little more wear out of something more neutral. A fun bonus with the style we chose is they can be worn with Ribbies Clippies – these are adorable clips that attach to a small loop on the front of most Wee Squeak shoes and give them a totally new, fun look. They can also be worn in their hair too. I’m going to order a 2nd pair of the same Clippies, and use one pair on her shoes and the other as matching hair clips. There are so many clips to choose from and they are a really fun way to give their shoes a completely new look from day to day. Definitely follow them on Facebook for their latest releases!
Wee Squeak has a gift with purchase offer running right now: With each US order of Wee Squeak shoes through the end of May, you’ll receive a pack of Mabel’s Labels Write Away Labels, a $12 value! They are a great and cute way to label all the stuff that kids lose. We have used them on water bottles, snack cups and a few toys so far. They are waterproof, and both microwave and dishwasher safe. Watch this video for a short demo on how they work.
